An affordable yet exciting campsite, the state park is an ideal place to visit in a small motorhome. The parking space provided is short but wide with a well-packed gravel base. You’ll have zero signal issues and can easily communicate with others while on vacation.
Even though the state park is a busy site you won’t have to face any water-related issues and can use the clean showers and restrooms without any worries.
There are a number of recreational activities to engage in as well. If you’re looking for beaches, swimming kayak rentals, snorkel tours, and glass-bottom boat-trips all in one place then this is the ideal pick for you.
The picnic table sites might be a little narrow and packed but overall the state facility provides a quality summer-time experience for a very reasonable price.
Moving to a privately owned and rented facility, this park is your go-to site if you’re a fishing or boating lover. There are permanent Tiki hut structures built to park your boats and you can always go into the sea to enjoy the waves or grab a healthy catch.

The waterfront location gives you an ideal vacation site and the small beach area is an exotic place to hang out on. The management also offers various activities such as a potluck, bingo, shuffleboard, and pizza nights.
I personally love this park. However, make sure you activate your GPS service on the way as there are no signboards on the highway to indicate the route going towards the site.
You’re in luck if you can book a space in one of the best resorts on the island. Key Palms offers a variety of parking spaces the best of which are located right at the waterfront.
The pull-in sites are spacious and are separated by long privacy wedges. You can get a picnic table to enjoy the exhilarating view with your travel companions every evening.
The pool is a gorgeous attraction and the sunset view-point is a site you’ll cherish visiting your entire life. The umbrellas and loungers add to the aesthetic view.
The tiki canal on the waterfront has enough space to park your boat and enjoy the wavy ride every now and then. The strong phone connections and very friendly working staff make the Luxury resort my favorite camping site.
I’ve personally listed Riptide on this list due to its exotic location. The park is an ideal place to get a pause in your life and stay away from all the hustle for some time.
The sites provided are wide enough to comfortably park your vehicle in. Although the road on the entrance is very narrow you can commute your vehicle size with the resort management beforehand and they’ll sort the issue out.
I love how this park sits right at the Florida Bay and the sunset view is one to check out. You can get a boat ramp, shuffleboard,w and a pavilion on the waterfront which further adds fun to the beauty of the site.
A stable wifi connection and moderate restrooms make the Riptide one of the best resorts available at this price.
Located on 325 Calusa Street this campground is yet another top-notch camping site to visit this season. Don’t worry about space at all as you get a big pull through rig to park your vehicle in. Space is enough to fit in a large picnic table for everyday use as well.

The cabins and the firewoods account for a memorable indoor experience in the winters and the various seasonal activities help you connect with all the neighbors.

The waterfront is not only a relaxing view but also provides the option of going for occasional boat rides in the marina. The staff is extremely friendly and helping and all the prices are quoted upfront.
The natural wildlife center and aquarium nearby alongside the wide range of restaurants to choose from making the harbor a relaxing vacation site.
San Pedro RV resort is an exquisite destination for RVers, situated 11.1 miles from Key Largo. This oceanfront resort is located at the south of Miami on a six-island “Sport-fishing Capital” called Islamorada.
The resort offers 43 sites, all offering full-hookups, so there’s no need to worry about supplies. Parked your RV there? Better move out, as the small marina is waiting for you with its 10 boat slips. If you’re an angler, you’re going to love the place, I promise you that.
Making sure you get everything clean, the RV resort backs you up with its on-site fish cleaning station. If you don’t like to catch them, better swim with those lovely sea creatures at the “Theatre of the Sea” Marine Mammal Adventure Park.
San Pedro RV Resort neighbors with another splendid outdoor recreation spot, Founder Park. It’s a public place that offers boat ramps, marina, bocce ball courts, an Olympic-size swimming pool, baseball fields, white sand beach, and everything you need to consume your calories.
